- Return Policy
Return Period: You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the product is unused and retains its original packaging and labels.
Return Conditions: The product must be intact, undamaged, and unused.
The packaging must include all accessories, instructions, and the original receipt.
- Applying for a Return

Receiving Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the package when returning the product.
Return Mailing: Securely return the product to our designated address at the provided return address. Please keep the mailing receipt for your records.
3. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, you will receive a full refund, using the same payment method as the original.
Refund processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
- Exceptions
Goods that do not meet the return criteria, including but not limited to overused, damaged, or improperly returned items, will not be refunded or will incur a processing fee.
Promotional and clearance items may not be eligible for refunds or returns.
- Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order is damaged in transit, or the goods you receive do not match your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will provide a replacement or refund.
